I made this support section because I know how it is to have a problem and not knowing where to turn. I´ve covered the basic problems but you can email me if you think that there is something that I´m missing or something you think needs to be altered.

Download Problems:

  1. How do I download the movies from the Teeniestarts?

    There are different methods to download but the one that works the best is the Right Click Method. To download a movie, you just have to Right Click on the movie link and then select "Save target as". You'll be prompted to choose a place where to store the movie on your Hard Drive (remember where you download it of course!), and then the download will start. To play the movie, you'll simply have to double click on the file once its completely downloaded. Note that if you left click on the link, your media player will generally pop up, and then you wont be able to save the movie on your hard drive, and for some media players, you won't even be able to see the movie.

  2. I dont have the option "save target as", how do I fix that?

    You can easily fix this problem by following the easy steps depicted on that page :

  3. I have a MAC, how do I download movies?

    Internet Explorer or AOL: Choose the desired link, click and hold left mouse button. Choose “Download Link to Disk” and download the file to your hard drive.
    Netscape: Choose the desired link, click and hold left mouse button. Choose “Save Link As” and download the file to your hard drive.

  4. How do I speed up - pause/resume my downloads?

    You can use any download manager. We advise you to use Download Accelerator Plus or Get Right. These two softwares will help you to speed up your download and resume/pause your downloads- and they're free of charge!

    How to install a Download Manager
    First, left click on one of the link above and choose "run from current location" or "open the file". Then, follow the instructions to complete the installation. You will finally have to reboot your computer to enable your new download manager to work.

  5. When I try to download, it goes Windows Media Player and the video never starts?

    You have to make sure to download the movie on your hard drive before watching it - to download, right click on the movie link and choose "save target as" (more information on Question #1 located at the top of the page). When it's downloaded, just double click on the movie file to watch it.

Video Playing Questions:

Don´t you just hate it when you´ve spent a long time downloading a movie and then it´s all scrambled and distorded? Well I´m sure you do and there is a simple solution to it. First of all, for 56k users there are files in AVI and MPEG formats, the AVI files have been compressed with compression software in DivX Codex 5.02, I´ve compressed these movies for you for faster downloading. I use Divx Codex 5.02! You can download the newest divx codec and you should be able to view all the AVI movies with no problem: Download it here below.

Once you´ve installed the codecs it´s recommended that you restart your computer.
